These Terms govern your use of the brenvico.com website, operated by Brenvico j.d.o.o. By accessing the site, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Scope of service
The brenvico.com website is intended for introducing the concept of real-estate crowdfunding and for contacting our team. The website itself does not constitute an offer of securities or investment advice.
2. Your obligations
You agree to use the site in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the law of the European Union. It is forbidden to disrupt the operation of the site, disclose vulnerabilities without contacting our team, or use automated tools to harvest data.
3. Intellectual property
All content — text, visuals, the logo and the source code — is owned by Brenvico j.d.o.o. or its licensors. Personal downloads for private use are allowed; commercial use requires our written consent.
4. Liability
We strive to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not accept liability for indirect damage arising from the use of the site. Any direct consequences are governed by separate agreements signed in our KYC and signing process.
5. External links
The site may contain links to external sources. We are not responsible for the content of those sources, but we carefully select the partners we work with.
6. Risks
Investing in real estate via crowdfunding carries the risk of partial or total loss of your contribution. Returns are not guaranteed and depend on the realisation of the project. Risk details for each project are set out in a separate project document.
7. Complaints and ODR
Written complaints can be sent to info@brenvico.com. You also have the right to use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The courts of Zagreb shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
