Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through brenvico.com, why we collect it and how we protect it. The document is aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR (OG 42/18) and the guidelines of the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
1. Controller
The controller of personal data is Brenvico j.d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 269F, 10000 Zagreb, VAT ID 47821936054. Data protection officer: privacy@brenvico.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily leave through the contact form: name, email address and the content of the message. We register the IP address and browser type only when you grant consent via the cookie banner.
3. Purpose
We use your data solely to answer your enquiry, to send you materials about current projects and, if you opt in, occasional updates on Croatian crowdfunding initiatives.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing messages, and on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to respond to your enquiry.
5. Retention
Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are permanently erased, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period. Backups follow a 30-day rotation.
6. Recipients
We do not sell data. We may share it with carefully selected processors: an EU-based hosting provider, an email delivery tool, and a legal advisor in case of a dispute.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@brenvico.com.
8. Complaints to AZOP
If you believe we have violated your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, www.azop.hr.
9. Security
We use HTTPS with TLS 1.3, two-factor authentication for administrative tools, and annual third-party penetration tests aligned with ISO 27001 controls.
10. Changes
We update this document from time to time. We will inform you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via this page or via email if you have subscribed to updates.
