Real-estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction projects and urban development. It means pooling capital with other people to take part in property projects that would be difficult to undertake alone.
Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are channelled into a specific project. Once the work is completed and the targets are met, the profit is distributed proportionally among all participants.
This model allows people with smaller amounts of capital to invest in large projects — residential buildings, housing complexes or refurbishments of existing properties — something that is becoming increasingly relevant in the context of Croatia’s urban development.

Process

You choose the project that interests you most, decide how much you want to invest, and follow the progress of the works on the platform. When the project is completed, you receive your share of the profit.
